Divisional Live movie concert - screen adaptation of the performance of "divisions", the cult multidisciplinary project of ArtPole Art Agency with the participation of Sergiy Zhadan (text / voice), Oli Mikhailuk (idea / visualizations), Alexei Vorsode (music / acoustics) (experimental instruments and saxophone) and Sergiy Pilyavets (VJ).

"Chapters" explore poetry through music and visual images, paying attention to rhythms and intonations. It is a sensual work about love, tenderness, death, patience for those around you, about silence. The project was first presented in December 2012 in Ivano-Frankivsk and Kyiv on the basis of Sergiy Zhadan's book "Firearms and Knives". Since then, sections have traveled all over Ukraine, from Ternopil to Bakhmut.

In 2019, participants realized that in the form and composition in which the project had existed in recent years, further travel was not possible. In a strange way, the filming of the movie section "Live Divisions" coincided with this decision and became the last performance of artists in Ukraine and a kind of point in one of the many stories of "Divisions".

The director of the film Vadim Ilkov has gathered 11 best operators of Ukraine to work on the tape. 11 cameras simultaneously monitored the latest performance of the "divisions" without missing a single movement of artists. As a result, the film itself became an exploration of the creative process, revealing to the viewers unexpected and exciting moments of art making, opportunities to be together, to hear and feel each other.

The film takes place in 1922. A former UNR army officer Ivan (nicknamed Raven) comes with his pregnant wife to his father on a farm near the village of Kamenka. They hope to start a new life, get documents, adapt to the new government. But already at the station witness the unloading pancerniki and fresh shelf GPU, headed by the security officer Evdokimov, who arrived on the suppression of Holodnaya. Ivan very quickly realizes that in the heart of the cold-Blooded Republic to escape from the war will not succeed. Soon Evdokimov arrest associated with the rebels of John's father, and he himself is trying to recruit and get to ingratiate himself to the rebels. Ivan faces a dilemma – to endure shame and violence against his family for the sake of the illusion of peace, or to join the rebels.

A bandit, nicknamed Roman, arrives in a small town. He plans to negotiate with local thugs and turn the city into a base for drug transit. However, the town is filled with local authority Lihach. In the center of the bandit confrontation is a simple guy Paul, who with his bride decides to leave the dying town and go to the capital.

To fulfill his promise and not lose his bride, Paul agrees to Romania's proposal. The task of the bandit seems simple and the money easy. But in the pursuit of easy money, Paul loses everything.
