A film about monumental artist Oleksandr Melnyk, who took to Independence Square from the first days of the protests in November 2013, and whose painting “I See Your Deeds, Man!” became one of the symbols of Euromaidan and the sacrifice of the Heavenly Hundred.

Through his paintings, the artist promotes and preserves authentic Ukrainian history, advocates for peace, and reflects on the consequences of war. It was Oleksandr Melnyk who created a significant part of the paintings in St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery. He is the author of mosaics and stained-glass windows in many national museums in the Ukrainian capital and several other churches, as well as the author of the mosaic on Maria Prymachenko's grave in Bolotnia.

When the little slender little man Gopel returns home in red, he is terribly frightened because he sees a coffin in the yard of his home. His brother Piple tells the story of the Admiral Butterfly, who was just born. He was curious because for some reason he thought he was a one-day butterfly that he should die today. After the Butterfly returns in the evening, he becomes sad. He says he specifically flew to Peppley's to arrange a human funeral for him to bury as his family.
