The cycle combines the stories of life and work of outstanding pioneers in the fields of science and art. Among the heroes of the films – Nikola Tesla, Jules Verne, Leonardo da Vinci, Konstantin Tsiolkovsky and Archimedes.

Modern technologies allow to recreate the main stages of life of famous scientists and discoverers, as well as to recreate with the help of CGI-graphics the world of their fantasies and dreams.

Andrey Andreevich and Oleg Borisovich are both retired colonels. One of them headed a local KGB department, and the other a local police station. But the time came to retire and hand over the life-work to the younger. Though quiet regular life is not their cup of tea…

A brutal murder of a famous businessman and the police’s inaction make the retired officers remember their field service skills and declare war on the local crime groups. They skillfully manipulate events and cause clashes among crime groups. As a result, the latter start destroying one another.  When the State Office of Public Prosecutor learns about the situation in the city, they knowingly send there a seemingly hopeless detective, Elena Reshetnikova. However, Elena proves to be a truly professional investigator.

Larysa Kadochnikova is a screen legend of Ukrainian cinema who played Marichka in Serhii Paradzhanov’s “Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors”. On 24 February 2022, when Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, she refused to evacuate and stayed in Kyiv during its offensive. The film tells the story of her life in those dire times. The story of a new reality where the past, the present, the future, memories, meditations, and dreams intertwine as the war goes on…

The cast includes the musician Oleh “Fahot” Mykhailiuta, the professor and art historian Vadym Skurativskyi, the film critic and writer Serhii Trymbach, and the collector and philanthropist Oleksandr Brei.

The plot is based on the Norse myth of the god Baldr (Sergey Udovikov), son of the great Odin. Rather than a retelling of an ancient tale, it offers a contemporary perspective on the myths regarding the rebirth of the gods.

The gripping story begins when three young men discover the ancient grave of an unknown warrior in a forest. They attempt to unearth the burial site using incantations to resurrect him. However, their efforts prove futile—the earth holds the warrior firmly, refusing to let his peace be disturbed. Seeking answers, the youths set out to consult a mysterious and powerful enchantress.

Upon meeting them, the seer immediately realizes the truth: the soul of one of the young men once belonged to the warrior resting in that grave—her own son. Killed by a lover's betrayal and consumed by a thirst for revenge, the enchantress's son defied the laws of the Universe to be reborn as a mortal.

Baldr’s father, Hjarvard (Ragday Oleksandr Tymofieiev), strives to raise him as a true warrior. He teaches his son life principles and the art of weaponry, preparing him for the great battles approaching in Midgard. Hjarvard is convinced that magic is a pursuit for women, believing a real man must rely on strength, courage, and combat mastery rather than spells.

But as the past begins to stir, the boundaries between the worlds of men and gods blur, and forgotten oaths once again demand retribution. Baldr must face a choice: follow the path laid out by his father or embrace his true nature to finish what was started and restore balance to Midgard—even if it means challenging the gods themselves.
