The events unfold in the small town of Ticha Nava.

Summer 2018. Young lawyer Adam Yushkevich and his fiancée Inna arrive on holiday. After an argument, Inna goes looking for Adam and is raped. The police refuse to properly investigate the crime, and the girl begins to suspect Adam himself. Their relationship falls apart, but the man cannot come to terms with the silence and returns to conduct his investigation.

Soon, another crime occurs in the town – rape and murder. Adam finds himself in conflict with a system where law enforcement officers falsify evidence, witnesses remain silent, and victims try to forget their trauma instead of fighting for justice.
