Kyiv, 2011. Gena and Inna are an ordinary married couple preparing for the birth of a child. Walking through the amusement park, Gena notices that he is being watched. He and his wife get in the car and run away from their pursuers. Landing her near the house, the guy goes in an unknown direction. Some time later, Inna is visited by police and taken to the police station. The girl is involved in the theft of two million dollars belonging to the company where she works as an accountant, and shown a video in which Gene steals money from the office. After some time, she was told that her husband had died in a car accident.

Inna gives birth to a daughter, but despite this she is sentenced to 5 years. After her release, the girl has to get a few low-paying jobs to feed herself and her child. One day she received an e-mail stating that the documents related to her husband's death were in the house of the influential Kumachov family. Inna gets a job as a housekeeper and meets friends of her youth there - the daughter of the owner Camilla and her lover Zhenya Khanzhonkova, who hide their love from the girl's father.
