The project is designed to call a spade a spade – why do so many active Ukrainians choose to emigrate instead of building private and public life in their home country, under the protection of their own state, whose centuries-long independence finally emerged 20 years ago? What pushes thousands and thousands of our lands to such a desperate step: the inadequacy of state economic and cultural policy? underdevelopment of civil society? legal nihilism of government institutions? impossibility of realization? fatigue from total corruption? uncertainty about the future? after all, perhaps it is a mental lack of will to live independently and independently in one's own state? or any other reasons?..

Кіра заміжня за успішним бізнесменом Дмитром, і, на перший погляд, вони – зразкове і щасливе подружжя. Але насправді обидва давно нещасні в цих стосунках.

Кіра готується розповісти чоловікові, чому і навіщо вона обманювала його багато років. Водночас Дмитро потрапляє в аварію, яка точкою неповернення для його родини та іншої пари – слідчого Ігоря та його дружини Рити.

Розслідування події зведе Ігоря та Кіру. Намагаючись розібратися, що відбулося насправді – ДТП чи навмисне вбивство, вони дізнаватимуться неприємну правду про своїх близьких і розкриватимуть власні таємниці.
