He is the director of such well-known films as: “Khaytarma”, “Someone Else's Prayer”, “Cyborgs”, “Zahar Berkut”, “Myrnyi-21”. His films have been screened in more than 60 countries. He has received dozens of awards for his professional and social activities. At the beginning of the full-scale war, he voluntarily joined The Territorial Defence Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“It's great happiness when you are led by a person who values human life, respects you and always says not 'go ahead' but 'with me' and goes first,” Akhtem Seitablaiev said.

This is the third documentary in the “Culture vs war” series about Ukrainian artists who have suspended their creative work in order to defend Ukraine.
