The protagonist of the film is prosecutor Andrey Chebanov, who is supposed to clean up the seaside town.

The action takes place over several summer months in 1969, when a local godfather was killed in the city. The Caucasian authority of Dato arrives in Odessa to install a new watchdog there – the head of the criminal world and guardian of the bandit gang.

The Ukrainian show business has existed for almost 30 years. It was built in particular by the people who became the heroes of this tape. Prominent producers, artists and managers, each of whom has his own vision of the current state of Ukrainian music and is concerned about its future.

April Robert is an experienced metropolitan detective, a former special police officer who was sent to a small town to help colleagues catch an intruder. Popescu is his partner, a local police officer who has been working on a number of mysterious crimes for a long time, but without help he will not cope.

In the process, they become not only teammates, but also friends, despite the completely different nature and background.

A special detachment within the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, whose main task is to protect important witnesses. Universal fighters, accustomed to taking risks and exposing themselves to danger for the success of the operation, led by curator Viktorovich, perform top-secret tasks every day: transportation of securities, protection of famous politicians, escorting witnesses on particularly important cases, and releasing prisoners. Outside of work, they are ordinary people with their past, problems and dreams, but at work, each of them becomes a guardian angel, on the vigilance and determination of which depends the fate of the client. The arrival of a new fighter in the detachment – a former policeman and son-in-law Viktorovich, and one unsuccessful special operation will forever change the lives of the Angels...
