Please note that using DzygaMDB service, you automatically accept the Terms of Use.

If you use other DzygaMDB services/products or use the software provided by DzygaMDB provided with the Terms of Use which states that they are subject to these Terms of Use, you also accept these Terms.

All content of DzygaMDB.com, or content, which is available through any DzygaMDB service, including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, downloads, software, are the property of DzygaMDB or its licensors, publishers, rights holders or others content providers. If any part of such content was taken from open sources, then all non-property rights are reserved for the actual owners of such rights, who may at any time contact the Administrator of DzygaMDB for the purpose of editing or removing the relevant content.

The aforementioned inexhaustible list of what the content of this website constitutes or may constitute, or what is available through any DzygaMDB service, is protected by the laws of Ukraine on intellectual property and international copyright laws.

Terms of Use

Use of the Site is permitted only in accordance with this Agreement and the provisions of applicable law.

Using someone else's email address, attempting to impersonate any other person or organization, or otherwise mislead about the origin of the content you provide, or the lack of rights to publish certain content constitutes a direct violation of the Terms of Use. DzygaMDB reserves the right (but not an obligation) to remove or edit any such content or any such users profiles.

The User undertakes when using the Site, not to post on the Site and not to use the Site for the purposes of obtaining, sharing through the Site of Information, which leads or may lead to the content sharing in someone's interests that do not meet the purposes of creating the Site, i.e. “custom-made” nature information, which aims, including, without limitation:

• - violation of citizens' rights to private life and public order;
• - the spread of defamation or threats, the humiliation of honour and/or dignity of third parties violation of rights and legally protected interests of third parties;
• - propaganda of discrimination of people on racial, ethnic, sexual, religious grounds, social status, sexual orientation or other grounds;
• - promoting and/ or call to change/overthrow the constitutional order, unleashing war, religious, racial or ethnic hatred, which includes attempts to incite enmity or calls for violence that humiliates minority rights;
• - distribution of pornographic, immoral or extremist materials;
• - wounding religious feelings of citizens;

By accepting these Terms of Use, the User undertakes to refrain from:

• - violation of the normal operation of the Site;
• - advertising on the Site without obtaining the prior consent of the Site Administration;
• - collection, storage, distribution and other actions for the processing of Personal Information of other users;
• - sharing on the Site and / or through the Site of any spam, including Internet earnings, schemes of “pyramids” schemes, multi-level marketing, email businesses, etc.;
• - implementation through the Site of actions aimed at extortion or receipt of money, regardless of the reason, from other users and/or third parties;

The user profile will be deleted if the Administration detects violations of the above requirements.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, the User declares and warrants that they own or otherwise control all rights to the content that he/she publishes; that the use of the content provided by him/her does not violate these Terms and will not result in damaging goodwill or commercial interests of any person or organization; and that he/she undertakes to compensate DzygaMDB for all expenses arising from the content provided by him/her. DzygaMDB is not responsible for any content posted by the User or any third party.

User Profile

By registering on DzygaMDB website, you are obliged to provide truthful, accurate and complete information and update this information when necessary.

If at the time of registration in DzygaMDB PRO as an actor, you are under 16 years old, your registration and maintenance of your account must be run by a parent or your manager.

The user who added 500 objects or more to DzygaMDB gets the status of DzygaMDB Editor.

By using any DzygaMDB service, you agree that the information provided by you is publicly available to other Users, except for the information that you may restrict access to solely for the Site Administration. You are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information and restricting access to your computer, and you agree to take responsibility for all actions that occur under your account or password. DzygaMDB reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, delete or modify the content at its discretion.

Modifications and Separate Condition

DzygaMDB reserves the right at any time to make changes to our Site, Policy and Terms of Use with a notice on the Site of such changes. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or for any reason not applicable, this condition is deemed to be separated and does not affect the validity and fulfilment of the remaining terms of the agreement.
