A story about the love story between the Investigator, who for a while turns into a loser writer as a payment to the cafe owner, and the Thief of cups. But on the way to this love stands the desire of the hero to self-realize, be the first and gain recognition. And this desire, due to constant professional failures and disappointments, reaches a critical state, and begins to border on paranoia. The writer is so immersed in the world of his hero that he seems real to him and becomes his only close friend. He listens to the advice of his hero, sometimes even imitates his behavior. As a result, the character makes a decision that leads to tragic consequences. But fortunately, fate gives him a second chance.

Cesium-137 is one of a number of radioactive substances that were released into the environment during the accident at the 4th power unit of the Chernobyl NPP. From Latin the word "cesium" translates as "sky blue". Together with other hazardous substances, this "azure dust" infected the entire Exclusion Zone and subsequently killed thousands of lives.

The creators of the project managed to find two heroes with a unique destiny, who lived in Pripyat at the time of the disaster. They, as well as other inhabitants of the city, were evacuated with great delay. However, despite everything, they were able to survive and show by their example that it is possible to defeat the system and overcome difficult circumstances, thanks to perseverance, hope and faith.

The film is a kind of guide to the Exclusion Zone. Thanks to the unique shots that the authors of the project were able to shoot at the site of the tragedy, viewers will be able to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of events and together with the characters feel the terrible and amazing atmosphere that prevails in one of the biggest man-made disasters.
