On the instructions of the party, she heads the collective farm. Life in the village turns a proven idealist into an iron lady, a real boss who will defeat the enemy and establish the economy.

Dasha is under investigation on false charges of murder. All the evidence against her, the girl is threatened with long imprisonment, and lack of money and a clumsy mother do not give any hope for the help of smart lawyers. But the case falls to young investigator Andriy Potapenko, who forces Dasha to believe that justice and fair trial exist. Unexpectedly for himself, the investigator realizes that the girl is not indifferent to him. Potapenko is engaged, he is a man of duty, so he is afraid of an unexpected feeling. Under pressure from the bride's family, he refuses to run the case and withdraws from Dasha's problems. The girl must serve 10 years in prison. After a while, Andrew will try to fix everything, but Dasha has already deleted him from his life.
