An unknown man comes to his senses in a psychiatric hospital. He does not remember anything. Nobody knows how he got here. All that is known is that his name is Ivan, he has been in the hospital for a year, and all this time he has been under the influence of strong antidepressants. Only the director of the clinic knows the true state of affairs, but on the same day he miraculously dies.

During the investigation into the director's death, Ivan met with investigator Stanislav Krasyvtsev. Their relationship does not develop immediately ... But Ivan and his roommate Arthur show excellent detective skills, and the killer was detained with their help.
