The events of the film are developed in modern Kiev, where the main 27-year-old non-heroes are trying to make a difficult choice in terms of heroic time.

Anton, a musician-prodigy who has not coped with his expectations, returns home after two years of study in Switzerland and a six-year treatment for alcohol addiction at a psychoneurological clinic near Kiev. His grandfather, a man of strict principles, takes the boy to a village far from the lures of the big city.

One day, Anton meets Katya, who, like him, is trying to find her life in life. She is about to go to Berlin with her boyfriend Johann, a German photojournalist she met during events on the Maidan. However, her meeting with Anton brings a new impetus to her life and deeply affects both of them…

Basil was born in Lviv, but later in search of a musical realization, having a unique voice - counter-coach, moved to France. He lived there for 19 years and found everything we used to call "happiness": a name, a successful career on the world opera stages, loyal friends and love. He actively participated in the Dignity Revolution, leading demonstrations in France, and later joined the volunteer movement in helping Ukraine. It would seem that he was doing more than enough as a man of art. But Vasil decided to leave the stage and career in Europe and join the ranks of volunteers when his home country came to war. While performing the combat task, Vasyl Myth Slipak was killed by a sniper's bullet.
