The film's protagonists are ordinary people of different professions: builders, entrepreneurs, workers, and even playwrights and writers. All of them volunteered for the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the beginning of the racist invasion and ended up in an infantry battalion that, along with other units, took part in the defense of Chernihiv in key areas. They defended Chernihiv and are ready to defend Ukraine!

Now the Simargle battalion is defending Ukraine in the east, and some of the film's participants are unfortunately no longer alive.

Serhiy Zhadan is a Ukrainian poet, writer, musician, and volunteer.

Zhadan is called a rock star of Ukrainian literature: his books become bestsellers and are regularly reprinted, and his poetry readings gather full houses of readers. Zhadan's books have been translated into more than 20 languages and have received numerous international awards, including the Angelus Central European Literature Award. In addition to writing, Serhiy Zhadan is the frontman of the bands Zhadan and the Dogs and Mannerheim Line, with whom he releases new albums and gives concerts.

But for the past year and a half, Zhadan has been primarily a volunteer. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the poet stayed to help civilians and the military in his home city of Kharkiv, which was intensively shelled by Russian troops. Now, thanks to charity performances, he raises millions of hryvnias for the needs of the army.

 The series tells the story of an amazing holiday for the Kovalenko family.

The girl Tasya, her sister Tasya, her brother Levochka and their father receive a letter one day. It informs them that the family has inherited a house from their great-grandmother. It is located in a village called Svity. The family decides to go there on holiday. But once in the Zaporizhzhia region, they find themselves among mythical creatures and spirits.
