Widowed pensioner Mykola Panchenko sells an apartment in the capital and goes to the province, where he buys a two-story estate to fulfill his creative dream - to dedicate himself to music. However, under the terms of the purchase, he cannot evict a person who rents the top floor of the house. This tenant is a young rock musician Kolya.

Differences in musical tastes and domestic failures gradually turn namesakes into sworn enemies. And here his beautiful daughter Nadiya comes to visit the elder Panchenko. Junior Panchenko falls in love with a girl, not knowing who her father is.

Looted by Russian occupational forces between 24-26 October, the Kherson Museum of Local Lore used to house Southern Ukraine’s largest and oldest collections of antiquities. The museum featured more than 173000 objects, spanning seven thousand years, from Scythian gold to World War II weaponry. Two weeks before Kherson was liberated by the Ukrainians, Russian occupational forces enacted a strategic theft, stripping centuries of Ukrainian history from the museum/region. 

The sound of shellings and missile strikes was recorded during filming inside the museum on December 12, less than two kilometers away from russian-occupied territory.

Fortress Mariupol is a series of films based on video calls to soldiers who are currently surrounded in Mariupol at Azovstal. Since the beginning of the siege, the filmmaker has been talking to the soldiers of the Azov regiment, revealing their portraits.
