The story revolves around a family living in a village in Zakarpattia, Ukraine. Previously, the grandmother and grandfather resided in a house secluded from the town's residents, near a mountain river. Harmony prevailed in this house, but a natural disaster took away their home, forcing them to leave it.

Now they live in another house, where they have everything for a comfortable life and loving grandchildren. However, the grandmother and grandfather still don't find the true happiness they had before. The grandmother cannot let go of the past and regularly visits the ruined house to preserve memories.

His path was not easy. His name has become a mark of quality in the acting world. Those who are fortunate enough to become his disciples call themselves "Rushkovtsi"
