The story of a boy who finds an artifact through which you can see the city of Kharkiv in its most important years. We travel the streets of Kharkiv and immerse ourselves deeper into history: from the Revolution of Dignity, the proclamation of Independence to the founding of this Ukrainian city .. I wonder if the artifact showed the founder of the city, the Cossack Kharko, the glorious future of the city? ..

Police Captain Oleh Dolin opens his eyes in a hospital bed and realises he has been in a coma for around 20 years. During this time, the world has changed; the militia has become the police, racketeering and ‘brothers’ are a thing of the past, and in today’s reality, everyone is glued to their gadgets, filming vlogs and, strangely enough, eating sushi with chopsticks. For this ‘newcomer’ from the turbulent 90s, who has retained the professional skills, heart and soul of a young man, there is a job to be had in the new police force. After all, just as before, bad guys still do bad things...

Based on the German TV series «Der letzte Bulle».

The film consists of three parts, each of which is a novella, told by a character named Grafoman. At the center of each story is a man who, in his attempts to change the world around him, encounters the power that every woman depletes.

The first story will tell what men's jealousy can bring.

The second story revolves around the unlucky artist, who for his beloved gave way to his dreams and desires.

The third story is about a man who was about to change absolutely everything around him, but realized that he could not achieve it himself if he ignored love.
