Police Captain Oleg Dolin opens his eyes in a hospital bed and realises he has been in a coma for around 20 years. During this time, the world has changed; the militia has become the police, racketeering and ‘brothers’ are a thing of the past, and in today’s reality, everyone is glued to their gadgets, filming vlogs and, strangely enough, eating sushi with chopsticks. For this ‘newcomer’ from the turbulent 90s, who has retained the professional skills, heart and soul of a young man, there is a job to be had in the new police force. After all, just as before, bad guys still do bad things...
