Alexander lives in Belarus and regularly visits his elderly grandmother Zina, who has lived in the Crimea for the past 15 years, or communicates with her via Skype. He tries to understand the plight of the elderly woman and find the answer to the question: How does the Russian-Ukrainian war affect the lives of the people who have become hostages to the situation? Soon grandmother turns 80 years old. Alexander wants all close relatives to come together to celebrate her anniversary. They must help the grandmother make the difficult decision.
