The young Lithuanian Rokas one day has the unexpected opportunity to visit Ukraine and see – and understand – the true occupation and war. Together with the humanitarian convoy, he travels from Lithuania to Ukraine, where his fate brings him with two military journalists. The reality is much harsher than the romantic imagination of a young Lithuanian, throwing him into the maelstrom of war. The trio will be forced to overcome their psychological boundaries and build strong relationships. They disagree with anything but their desire to be where they are for each of their own reasons. On the territory occupied by the invaders, Rokas finds his true love.
