4:3 international short film festival is a pilot version of local festivals, initiated by Oleksandr Hoisan with the support of the Asortymentna kimnata gallery space, the Frankivsk Film Commission and Contemporary Ukrainian Cinema (CUC). It is an non-profit film festival, which takes place in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.
