Popularize cinema, promote the development of the film industry in the Transcarpathian region. The second goal is to give the regional location more visibility through greater exposure on small and large screens. The Transcarpathian Commission provides free services to manufacturing companies (Ukrainian and foreign) at all stages of the production process (development, pre-production, preparation, production), helping them during recreation, research of local images, relations with local professionals and authorities.
