Ivan Doan was born to a Vietnamese father and Ukrainian mother in Kyiv.  He studied the Stanislavski method of acting at the National University of Theater, Film and Television in Kiev for four years. He is a martial artist and does his own stunts. Having a gift for languages, he speaks native Ukrainian, native-level English, fluent German, native Russian as well as good French and Vietnamese. Ivan is also a professional singer. He is currently based in Berlin.
