Oksana is a screenwriter, art entrepreneur, and co-founder of the Kinoscript Scriptwriters' Festival.

In 2015 got an award for a script "The Leverets" at the Festival of Comedy "HASHOTYU" and won a contest for the financial support from Ukrainian State Film Agency for a script "Intent" (Namir!).

Worked for Fred Roos at FR Production (Los Angeles), Imagine a New World Production (San Francisco), STB Channel (Kyiv).

Graduated Karpenko-Kary Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema, and Television with a Master's degree in Screenwriting (mentored by Bogdan Zholdak), Professional Program in Screenwriting at the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television, and Writing for Television Program at the UCLA Extension.
