Evgeniy was born in the Kremenchuk Ukraine on 27/5/1986 to a dairy products machinery factory owner father, and a librarian mother. At the age of 14, he moved to Israel to study in the Kfar Ha Roe Yeshiva, where he soon discovered the passion for arts and enrolled in the Mevoot Yaron School Of Arts. In 2009 Came back to Ukraine and resides in Kiev. He took on production courses and started working on reality TV shows, often serving as a joint producer between Israel and Ukraine, with credited shows as: “Extreme Make-Over”, a show about plastic surgeries in Israel. He continued working on set in various production positions until encountering Michael Katrih and Alex Osmolovsky while working in Kiev. After several joint productions, formed with Osmolovsky and Katrih “LACO Films Ukraine” as a branch of “LACO Films” and produced the
high profile TV shows as: “Mossad 101” and “L’attache”. Currently, he is developing original projects with LACO Films, while producing more original content, while providing production services for International clients.
