The British Academy of Television and Film Arts has announced the longlists of its annual award in the major categories for feature films.
Thus, 245 films compete for awards in the section "Best Film of the Year"; in the section "Best full-length animated film" 13 applicants are presented; 77 works were accepted for consideration in the full-length documentary; 55 films from all over the world were accepted in the category "Best non-English film"; and 76 films made in the UK or made in co-production will compete for the title of "Best British Film".
Among the contenders for BAFTA-2021 is the Ukrainian film "Atlantis". In addition to the category for foreign films, the film is presented as a candidate in sections - film of the year, directing, screenplay, casting, cameraman, editing, original music, production designer, lead actor (Andriy Rymaruk), lead actress (Lyudmila Bileka) and supporting actor.
