The film project of the director of Roman Any "Iron Butterflies", created with the support of Derzhkino, was selected for participation in the industrial forum of the Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival CPH: DOX.
The CPH: FORUM Industrial Forum is sponsored by Creative Europe MEDIA and contributes to the development and financing of creative and visually powerful documentaries. Of the 470 applications received at CPH: FORUM-2020 to be held March 24-26, 34 projects have been selected by both renowned and award-winning directors and emerging talented writers who are concerned about current issues in today's society and global politics.
A documentary by Roman Any tells the story of the tragedy of an MH17 plane that was shot down in the summer of 2014 in the Donbass.
The Iron Butterflies movie project by BABYLON'13 was one of the winners of the 12th Derzhkino Competition. The director and author of the film is Roman Lyuby, the producers are Marko Suprun, Andriy Kotlyar, Vladimir Tykhiy, Stefan Bandera.
