The long-awaited film by Mikhail Illenko "Toloka" will be released on the Ukrainian market on March 12.

For the first time in the days of independence, cinemas will be screened by Taras Shevchenko.

Director, screenwriter and co-producer of the film, Mikhail Illenko, said: “At the beginning of the war, I often went with my previous film and fragments of Toloka to fighters to the East: from Happiness to Mariupol, showing the film in the blinds, in the open air, where there is no cinemas. That is why for me the defenders of Ukraine are not strangers. The Come Back Alive Foundation helps them, and the movie Toloka also wants to join and help. "

“This movie sounds to me like an anthem of Ukrainian volunteering. According to the director, the first viewers of Toloka were the military personnel and the civilian population of the area of ​​the United Forces Operation. Mykhailo Ilyenko and the actors of the tape visited more than twenty cities and towns of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The premiere tour of the paintings in the area of ​​OOF took place in the autumn of 2019, with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Fund.
