Old man living alone in an empty, dilapidated village. The old man's name is remembered except for his daughter and neighbor Gönyk. People in the village, by the way, call the old man – Beard. But the daughter is not near, and the neighbor does not understand that the old man at heart ... Beard feeds chickens, smokes cheap cigarettes, goes fishing, looks at the water and waits for change. But once in his hands is a cartridge to the rifle ... Another moment and everything will change ... Beard will disappear.

The short film almanac Ukraine Goodbye is the result of the work of a creative laboratory created to find ways to develop Ukrainian cinema. Within the project, 25 short works with a total duration of 6 hours were filmed. The rental version of the almanac includes 6 tapes selected by the producers.
