Kyiv, Ukraine. Anna, an ambulance doctor, is on a call. When she gets to a patient, she realizes that he is the man who killed her daughter several years ago while drunk driving. Using his connections, he avoided responsibility. Anna now has a choice: to save him or not, to do nothing and to let him die. In agony, she chooses the latter.
