1941. Ukraine. The Second World War is underway. There are two enemies in German captivity: one from the Red Army, the other from the UPA ranks. Both see their path as true because both are "fighting for Ukraine". But then it becomes clear where they really value freedom, where they really fight for Ukraine, where they really have friends who will not damage one another's lives in order to be released from captivity. From the end of their lives, one can draw a separate conclusion about the cruelty of the time.
