A documentary account of the Row4Ukraine transatlantic expedition, which took place from December 2024 to February 2025. Dmytro Rezvoy and Ivan Gavrylko, both from Lviv, set off from the Canary Islands in the rowing boat ‘Sofia’ and reached Barbados in 67 days. In total, they covered approximately 3,000 miles (4,828 kilometres).

The film explores how extreme ocean rowing may help veterans, service personnel and civilians to overcome the effects of the physical and psychological trauma of war and PTSD. In the film, the expedition members share their own stories and experiences of war.
