The story unfolds in 1962 in the German city of Karlsruhe. In the dock is KGB agent Bogdan Stashynsky—the man responsible for the high-profile assassination of OUN leader Stepan Bandera. However, Slava and Yaroslav Stetsko, together with their like-minded comrades, decide to turn this court hearing into an unprecedented international tribunal against the entire Soviet system of political assassinations. To open the world’s eyes to the Kremlin’s terror, they will have to challenge not only the Soviet secret services but also the indecision of their Western allies.
