The events unfold on Christmas Eve. Christina, a 35-year-old mother of two teenagers, is mistakenly kidnapped after being mistaken for the wife of an influential property developer. Instead of running away, she decides to stay, seeing the situation as a chance to change her life.
It later transpires that the kidnapper is an honest doctor driven to despair. Together, they devise a risky plan to take revenge on the corrupt businessman, which sets off a series of unexpected Christmas adventures.
