Two worlds, two destinies, 66 years between them coming to power, 66 years between attempts to create a Third Rome. The film shows how Putin became the new Hitler: how much they have in common in terms of their arrests, propaganda principles and methods of manipulation. The authors of the project, documentary filmmakers and historians, analysed how little Volodya turned into a dictator – in the film, they shed light on the formation of his personality.
