A modern adaptation of Nikolai Gogol's story Viy.

A group of documentary filmmakers, while researching Ukrainian folklore, find the lost encrypted diary of Nikolai Gogol, and awaken a deadly demon named Viy. To survive and stop an ancient evil from invading our world, they will have to face their deepest fears.
