Based on the novel Masha and the Sea by Lada Luzina.
Masha loves the sea very much. She also loves Denis. She is going on holiday with him. But Denis suddenly changes his plans, and no one is going anywhere… However, the world is not without good people. Linda, a girl she knows, is going to Crimea with her fiancé Shurik, to her dacha, and invites Masha to come along. There, on the picturesque Cape Fiolent, shrouded in beautiful legends, Masha's idea — “The sea is like love. Love is like the sea”. Tender feelings develop between Masha and Shurik, who are similar in character and temperament. They are uncomfortable, ashamed, and resist, but you can't order your heart!
