The film was created to mark the 300th anniversary of the birth of Hryhoriy Skovoroda (1722-1794).

The artistic highlights of the film are the music and the constant illustration of Hryhoriy Savych's meanings with paintings, sculptures, and posters by contemporary Ukrainian artists.

The film features works by several dozen well-known Ukrainian painters and sculptors. These are works by Mykola Bilyk, Ihor Romanko, Anatolii Furlet, Oleksandr Melnyk, Oleksandra Hordiets, Ivan Pylypenko, Oleksandr Serdiuk, Bohdan Tkachyk, Andrii Honchar, Oleh Shupliak, Vitalii Pravdytskyi, and others.
