A legal drama about human rights violations in Soviet Ukraine and modern Russia based on archival chronicles.

In some of his projects, Heimrad Backer used the text of Nazi propaganda in such a way that it became self-evident, commenting on itself. I use excerpts from a Soviet newspaper for the same purpose. The author calls parts of the film scenes to emphasize the theatricality, absurdity, and cruelty of the process and propaganda images.
