The protagonist of the film is SBU General Volodymyr Tymoshenko. He was one of the leaders of this large-scale operation, which resulted in the liquidation of an international drug cartel that produced the synthetic drug Ecstasy, the raw materials for which were produced at the Cherkasy Chemical Plant. From Ukraine, raw materials through Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and Belgium got to the Netherlands, from where the finished drug was distributed worldwide.
