The second part of the second film What's the Difference from the documentary series The Last War is a continuation of the story about the decolonisation of Ukrainian society during the years of independence, about the mistakes that Ukrainians made in their relations with Russia, and reflections on whether they could have been avoided. This part features more speakers and more reflections. The film is based on chronicles and unique archival materials.
