The story of Svetlana Sokolova was created to explore how small businesses survive in a pandemic. Svetlana is a famous person in Kiev, successful, independent woman and mother of two children. We wanted to show how one fragile woman is trying to save everything around her in a collapse. It is also important to show how rapidly small business was collapsing in Ukraine. In the first lockdown, Svetlana lost a large restaurant in the center of Kiev, and thirty-three specialist lost their jobs.
