Yuri Mazurov and Sergei Vorobyov run a successful business. They have been inseparable since childhood and have been through a great deal together over the years. But even the strongest friendship cannot withstand the test of greed. Yuri kills Sergei in an attempt to take over his share of the business. However, Sergei is a fighter by nature — he is not one to give up on life easily. Upon arriving in heaven, he persuades the heavenly receptionist to send him back to the world of mortals. After all, his pregnant girlfriend Svetlana, who holds a minority stake in the company, is still there. Without her stake, Mazurov will not achieve his goal.
