Through this series of films, the filmmakers not only showcase openly LGBT soldiers, but also tell the stories behind each letter of the acronym: an openly lesbian woman, an openly gay man, an openly bisexual woman and an openly transgender man, whose fates became intertwined with the war, merging with the fate of the entire country and its suffering.
