A sniper, codenamed ‘Long-Haul’, is taking out criminal bosses. It is up to Colonel Pogozhev to find out who this hitman is—a hitman carrying out orders or the instigator of a criminal war. Unexpectedly, Pogozhev finds himself facing opposition not only from gangsters, but also from Lieutenant Colonel Zamelin. Help comes from an unexpected quarter: the ‘Old Man’, a thief-in-law, decides to side with Pogozhev. Meanwhile, Pogozhev must save his beloved, Margarita Nikolskaya, and get one step ahead of ‘Long-Haul’.
