The waves of the Black Sea break into the pier, the sun is bright and the sky is blue. Dixie Land Children's Band performs a march. The teacher listens. It seems happiness will last forever. But adulthood is inevitable. Suddenly, it turns out that the teacher is mortal, and the second – their plans for life. Medals and orchestral instruments sparkle in the sun, but each child has his or her own share – with or without music.
