Vova is a security guard at a private fishing enterprise. In Soviet times and in the early 90's he headed a fish farm. Now he observes life on the roadside, from his "office" - an abandoned roadside cafe "Voyage". His stories and adventures gradually reveal to us the picture of modern Ukraine.
