Nadia works as a cashier in a supermarket in a small provincial town. He lives modestly with his son Sanka. Suddenly she has a serious heart disease - she needs a heart transplant. While Nadia is in the hospital, Olena takes Sanka to her and takes care of him. When it turns out that the foundation cannot help Nadezhda, she transfers custody of Sanka to Olena. The boy stays in the capital, and Nadia returns to her hometown - to actually die.

However, after a while the donor heart for Nadia is found and she returns to the capital. Sanka lives in Olena and misses her mother.
