The events depicted in the almanac unfold after the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", for the adoption of the law for several years fought for NGOs, journalists and experts.
Open access is a chronicle of the formation of civil society, but also stories from the lives of the heroes themselves. They live in different regions of Ukraine, their values and beliefs differ, they do not know each other, the only thing that unites them is an active civil position.
