The film tells the story of how the Ukrainian psychiatric system deprives thousands of patients of the chance to return to society. The heroines of the film are Vasilina from Zakarpattia, who has been in a psychiatric hospital for thirty-four years, and Slava from Prykarpattia, who has never lived outside psychoneurological boarding schools. One hundred years - so much for two spent in psychiatric institutions, the heroine of the film. And every Ukrainian in such a system can be in their place…
